Account Manager

Responsible for overall client satisfaction, this position provides highly personalized client and member experience dedicated to educating employer contacts and brokers on coverage as well as the tools and resources available to them. Acts as the main point of contact with Sales Representatives, Agents and Employer Groups to provide oversight to the plan administration. Handles any escalated member issues and ensure communication amongst all team members. Candidates should have a college degree, possess superior interpersonal skills and be familiar with group health insurance. Strong Microsoft skills necessary.

The Junior AP/AR is responsible for handling accounting and general financial processing functions. These responsibilities include processing accounts payable, banking transactions and monthly account reconciliations.
