Acts as the main point of contact with Sales Representatives, Agents and Employer Groups to provide oversight to the plan administration. Handles any escalated member issues and ensure communication amongst all team members.

Enhanced Case Management Specialist
The Enhanced Case Management Specialist position will have a full understanding of the Enhanced Case sanagement (ECM) suite of strategies and supports the Enhanced Care Advocate and ECM team. The Specialist will primarily focus on vendor, carrier, and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and member communication.
Assist the Management Team with the monitoring and management of the daily work and other functions within the Claim Department as well as training for new and existing claim department staff. Planning and maintaining workflows, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the claim team.
Assistant Claim Specialist
The Assistant Claim Specialist is an entry level position for claim processing. This person will use independent judgement and discretion to review, analyze, and make determinations regarding payment, partial payment, or denial of medical and dental claims, as well as various types of invoices, based upon specific knowledge and application of each client's customized plan(s).

Provide Allied HR representatives with the highest level of client service available in the industry.
Allied Advocate Negotiator
Negotiate out-of-network claim payments with providers on behalf of group health plans. Such negotiations will be based on 1) various types of cost data, including reasonable and customary benefit levels and Medicare pricing, and 2) billing irregularities.
