Provider Networks

Many group health plans administered by Allied access a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) network. To find providers in your PPO network, simply click on the applicable link below. If you are a covered member, you can log into your member portal for a more personalized experience. Your Allied ID card will also show your PPO network name and phone number.

Note: Which PPO network you have access to is dependent upon your specific health plan. While we make every effort to ensure each of the network links are accurate, the site content and provider directory listings are maintained by the PPO network site owner. Before receiving services from providers listed in any site, you should verify with the provider that they are still participating in the network.
