Electronic Claims

Providers: Submit your claims directly to Allied through a clearinghouse and get paid faster.

Allied has two payer IDs:

  • For Allied Benefit Systems, use 37308.
  • For Allstate Benefits use 75068.

Please refer to the Member ID card for the correct payer ID. Always use the payer ID shown on the ID card.
